There was so much love & kindness seeping out of the door-seams yesterday I could not resist the urge to say something. This was my 5th infusion visit & so glad to be able to have this wonderful Center to come to. Zero sense of urgency, zero communication, different Cancer doctor every time, they can't seem to keep doctors. Go to a reputable cancer center with a doctor that will know you as a patient and actively treat your cancer.
My husband is being checked for a blood disorder. We met Raye first , she is awesome !! Very kind and welcoming ! Then we met Louise , she really took time with us to explain in clear details what they are looking for . Finally , a clear picture of our future. Then we met Gena , our advocate. She is so comforting , informed , gave us so much info and her direct number to reach her with our questions. Such a amazing experience in a critical situation of my husband's life. Thank you all !
Do better… People are entrusting you with their lives literally. My mom came in for an appointment for radiation and it took you guys over 5 weeks to even call her to be mapped. 5 weeks….. you mapped her and said you need to start immediately…. After 5 weeks of waiting. 5 weeks when my dad called you guys again, asking what was going you said “Oh it was just now sent to insurance so it will be about a week.
