I would not recommend this builder. Go somewhere else.This is biggest regret we had when we build our house. Karma will come and eat you! Watch out!
Had the misfortune of using this builder to build my house. Had to bring in private inspector to inspect work, was given 33 page report of defects. 4 years later builder still hasn't fixed water entering garage from unlevel concrete which was part of 3 months defect list issued to builder nor has he fixed other issues brought to his attention. Frank the builder is very good at taking your money but as to fixing problems with give you nothing but excuses as to why hasn't been fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS BUILDER.
