DO NOT go through this agent, office, or staff. They are completely incompetent. They lack knowledge of basic insurance information. They cannot explain your coverage to you in detail, they respond with “I don’t know.” It’s almost like it’s an inconvenience to them when you call and request a breakdown or explanation of benefits. In addition to the horrible customers service, I have definitely felt the racism.
