I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. In my opinion, the way this situation was handled was dishonest and unacceptable. We were charged $581 for X-rays and re-cementing a crown without being informed of the cost beforehand. The office had the insurance information and an adequate amount of time to verify the coverage.
