Kristy did any excellent job from the first day we connected for our new home. She went out of her way to make the process user friendly and reasonable. She also has continued to be responsive since our loan was solid with trying to connect us with our new servicer who has been incredibly difficult to deal with so far. I highly recommend her!

The service provided by BankSouth was exceptional, the problems I’m experiencing is the warranty commitment from Smith Douglas Homes. There is a strong chemical smell, like bleach or a strong acid smell that has been plaguing the house for 3 months causing me to consider moving out of this place for health reasons. I could appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.
