Dr morales ID a gem of a doctor. I saw her for about 2/3 of my pregnancy before I had to move away. I seriously considered traveling back down to her clinic so she could still be my dr. She always took her time to listen to my questions and concerns. Bedside manner was excellent, I felt like she truly cared about me. She’s respectful and I trust her. I would never recommend the services of Dra. Morales, after the delivery it gave me serious health problems, neither she nor the company took responsibility. The staff who work with her treat patients badly.
I saw Dr. Morales twice during my pregnancy. It was difficult extracting information from her, she was did not offer any guidance or information regarding my pregnancy and desire for a VBAC. When I went into labor, she was on call. I was in labor over 24 hrs. She came in to see us ONE time and ONE time only; checked me and walked out. Bedside manner is horrible. She never came to talk with us about possibly trying Pitocin or breaking my water...NOTHING! This resulted in another C-section. .
