A few years ago, Kristy helped my parents buy a house, and this month, she helped find a house for my husband and me. The work and effort that she put into this process is tremendously appreciated. She is positive, yet she will also be completely honest with whatever questions you have about location, neighborhoods, and the condition of a house. She also communicates very quickly and is knowledgeable about recommendations for paint colors, contractors, renovations, and more. Trust me, you will want her as your realtor!
Kristy is such a professional. I live out of town and wanted to buy my daughter a home in Athens in a safe place that didn't need work. From finding the home, writing the contract, handling the inspection and a seamless closing, Kristy did it all. She was always on top of everything and communicated throughout the process.
