We gave Dr. Kristy three chances, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately it wasn't. At every appointment, her answers came across as condescending, and her tone often seemed annoyed, as if we should already know the answers to our questions. At each visit, she also repeatedly told my minor children that she could "kick mom out of the room".
