I recently bought a house and didn’t receive a professional treatment. She was the selling agent. We observed a maintenance issue with the house after inspection (One of the window was damaged between inspection & closing) and she blankly refused to accept sellers ownership even I haven’t take ownership of the house. I would advise others to hire a professional realtor who treats thing professionally and not running away from the responsibilities.
