The doc was great, BUT I was charged for services I had no idea were not covered by insurance. Nobody gave me a heads up on the cost and any option to receive them or not. I still don't know what was covered and what they charged me for. I was in too much pain to argue. I'm bummed they run things this way, bc I really liked and trusted the doc. I was my first and last visit. I'd recommend steering clear of this office.
Dr. Auten was thorough with my exam, answered all of my questions and was compassionate. He took the time to explain exactly what is going on with my neck and even explained every step of the alignment process as he was doing it. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Auten.
best chiropractor I have been to hands down! I had a stiff neck for over 20 years and went to different chiropractors in San Antonio and Dr. Auten has been the first one to fixt my stiff neck by re-aligning my back.
