I have been a patient for around 5 years! Dr. Kirby has helped in various aspects of my health. When i trained for a half marathon, he taught me some exercises to train my body to use my diaphragm instead of just my lungs. Later he helped with my plantar facetious. After bowling, he helped my elbow. When my shins hurt after walking up a lot of steep hills, he said make sure you're walking heal to toe and not stepping flat footed - the next time I walked I was doing exactly what he said caused the problem!
