Rude and very unprofessional girl answering the phone. I called to resolve a debt and she was so rude and acted like I was stupid and talked over me non stop. She kept talking over me to the point of me finally having to raise my voice a little to make her realize I was doing what the letter told me to do. Horrible people. Try calling them because am been sue for a collection. I do not understand the paper fully since i speak Spanish. The person that answered was rude telling me they don’t speak Spanish and hanged up on me. How are doing lawsuits on Mexican people and can’t even prove someone that speaks Spanish and isn’t discriminating you for not understanding English.

This law firm is absolutely horrendous. I have attempted to call to resolve a debt, which they NEVER responded to. I left at least 8 voice-mails, always assured Marie will give you a call back soon. What a joke, they do not respond to ensure that the debt you owe is DOUBLE, what the original debt was. I would not recommend this company for anything. They are useless frauds.
