I went to Kristofer about 2 years ago. I was in my early 30's and had no back problems, but had some groin and chest pain I was hoping he might be able to help me with. Instead of helping with those issues, It took him less than 5 minutes to create the worst back pain I've ever had. (Update: 9 months after my first and only visit) Seeing Kristofer Young DC was my greatest health mistake of 2021, and I’m still suffering halfway through 2022. I arrived with no back pain. Still, he performed unnecessary and intense pelvis and spinal "adjustments" that resulted in 4 months of back and hip agony. My back was spasming so badly that I could not do physical therapy, yoga or sleep much during this time. The following several months have still been bad.
