I got into a car accident last Friday and was referred to Doctor Chenard for an Orthopedic consultation. I called Dr. Chenard’s office yesterday 3 times and was not able to reach anyone. I called again this morning at 10:09 AM and had the worst encounter with a receptionist that I’ve ever had at a doctors office. The worst doctor I have ever seen regarding bedside manner and basic listening skills. He talked over me for two minutes and didn't answer any questions because he didn't allow me to speak. The most obnoxious, condescending and narcissistic doctor I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. BEWARE!
After a serious mountain bike crash put me in the hospital with a compound “open” fracture to my right ankle, I had the pleasure of getting operated on by Dr Chennard. He was in charge of not only repairing my seriously broken ankle, but also all of the follow up / rehab that I was obviously going to have to deal with. All I can say is BRAVO!!! Dr. Kristopher Chenard performed femur surgery on my 90-year-old mother after she was admitted through the emergency room while our family was traveling from Massachusetts to Fort Lauderdale.
