Chose for the ease of location and discount for our 3rd kid in braces.... bad idea! 😩 I sure wish Dr. Podoll was still the owner or sold to a better office! Revolving door of doctors coming through, no real plan of treatment, and they still have my daughter in braces 5 years later! I know kids that have had to put braces back on because they were unhappy.
Recommendedoh my gosh! what a good and friendly environment!! i would do it all over again! i just love everyone there! they do such a wonderful job! highly recommend!!!❤

My 14 year old son is so excited to start his smile journey with Kristo! We had our original appointment in Baldwin, beautiful office! Kelsey was great at explaining the entire process to us. Because of such a great initial appointment we had no surprises for his 2nd, Aligner day! This appointment was in New Richmond, another great dental office. We had our first ortho visit to the Amery location for my daughter's oral exam. The staff was courteous and friendly. The treatment plan was explained to us in a very personable manner. You can tell they care about each one of there clients! While we were there the Treatment Coordinator Kelsey noticed a dog walking down the middle of the busy highway. Two of our sons have had braces at Kristo. The staff are excellent. I like flexibility of the different locations. Highly recommend!!
A very nice young lady fitted my daughters' retainers. I also like the ease of scheduling and the text alerts.

Brycen got his braces off today and it's just in time for Thanksgiving!! Brycen says 5 out of 5!! They're all so friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended!! We'll be back for phase 2 when all of his adult teeth are in!
