I ordered decals about two weeks ago. I was told they’d be done over the weekend. (About three days) She never called me to say they were ready and when I called she didn’t answer. I gave her a week before showing up. I showed up on a Monday and was told they’d be done by Wednesday. When I didn’t get a call Wednesday, I showed up the next day and was told they weren’t done yet they’d be done at two. I was very aggravated, she was nonchalant, I gave her a chance. First I never told you i would do them over the weekend. We are not open on the weekend. Second you picked the font not me. The color that was written on your order was light pink. That is what I used. Not hot pink. Far from it. I explained to you we got swamped and one of my employees told you they would be ready Thursday which they were. And as for not answering...I apologize. I don’t ever intentionally not answer the phone. I’m sorry you had a bad experience.

Placed order on Aug 18th for 1 cap and as of this date have not received anything except order confirmation and receipt of payment from Paypal. Have sent several emails no response. Called and lady said they would ship next Tuesday, that was 2 weeks ago. Called several times and phone is not answered or when they do answer I was put on hold and no one returned. If you can't fill my order please issue me a refund via my Paypal account. Your order # 115137285.
Paid $132 for 2 hats and 2 jerseys. Over 2 weeks later all I have is the hats and 1 jersey that is severally messed up with white goo all over the back of it and it's a black jersey. I can not get a answer as to when the other jersey will be in either. Very, very disappointed!
