DO NOT USE! AWEFUL! Won’t stand behind work whatsoever!! They just did a full remodel/equipment replacement on my elderly parents pool. Totally took advantage of them! The equipment doesn’t work and the pool decking has immediately started peeling up. With repeated polite requests to address the problems and provide a solution, they ignored them for weeks and would never even come by to look at faulty work. We had a wonderful experience with Dave, Kristi's owner and his crew. Very professional job, right on the schedule and a very reasonable price. We bought a old house with a pool that had alot of issues. It needed to be resurfaced and the pump and filter needed work. It was basically a pond because it hadn't worked in years..we called countless pool companies to request quotes for a remodel only for them all to say that couldn't take on the job and would refer me to someone else. This company was fantastic! I couldn’t get anyway to call me back for a pool that needed a vinyl liner! They came out after the 1st call and first the appointment they set up! They were clear and concise in their explanation! They didn’t sugar coat anything ! I knew the basics up front and what could happen once the liner was pulled up ! 3 years ago I paid good money for a terrible liner install with A-F-A-B Pool Services. Eddie is the worst contractor I’ve ever come across and still takes no blame for his poor workmanship. I contacted Kristi’s Pool Service and they came out to see our real life nightmare install. The guys at Kristi’s confirmed we had a bad install and told us they’ve had to clean up behind Eddie for years.
