This jewelry store is The worst in the entire suffolk county. I left my pearls a week before Christmas and just picked my pearls up THE FIRST WEEK IN FEBRUARY. I GAVE THIS COMPAMY 83 PEARLS ON MY KNECKLACE AND IT WAS RETURNED WITH 52 PEARLS. THAT MEANS A TOTAL OF 31 pearls missing. So sad this is how company's are STEALING NOWADAYS. DON'T GO HERE. FEBRUARY 12TH,2026

Excellent customer service! I've been a customer of Kristins Fine Jewlers for 10 years. They custom made my engagement ring. James gave us exactly what we wanted. He worked carefully to give us the best quality diamonds. Gave them a visit yesterday for Rodium dip on 2 of my rings. The process was complete in 30 minutes. No hassles to drop off and pick up at a later date. Their new location in the Westfield Mall is beautiful. Smaller and quaint. They are located right next door to their Pandora store. Will be back!

My now ex fiance and I purchased our engagement rings and at first we loved them then when my ring lost a diamond within days of buying the ring he took it as ba omen our relationship ended shortly after 3 years 14 days of engagement. Asked to return them.. they wanted to give me store credit saying you can get rings from us next time.
