I've had great experiences with Dr. Verkaik. I have a major eye condition and shew as able to adjust my contacts so I wouldn't need reading glasses too. I would recommend her to everyone.
Really liked the Dr. But the policy to NOT talk to patients on the phone, shows bottom $$ is more important than patient care. I was also given different/wrong information from several staff members. I had to request my files to look for a different Eye Dr. If you want a Dr. that cares about her patients well-being and trains staff correctly, find someone else. :(
Dr. Verkaik is excellent. I had a serious problem and she advised on my first visit that if she couldn't solve my problem right away, she's refer me to a specialist. I was happy with everything about her.
