While I truly appreciate the excellent care provided by the doctor and her technician, I was quite frustrated with another technician who was extremely unprofessional and rude. She rolled her eyes at me and raised her voice just because I mistakenly thought she had called my name. Additionally, the doctor seemed to rush through my visit, although she was otherwise fine. It’s disappointing to experience such behavior in a professional setting.
