Edited: Michelle at the call center and Alexis at the office were very polite and helpful trying to expedite necessary paperwork to get my mother into assisted living. A little more communication, something like, "We're working on it," would have been nice, but I understand the workings of a busy office, that sometimes that kind of communication gets lost in the demand for fast work.Thank you, Owner, for your swift response to my prior review.
