She asked the builder all the right questions, dug into the HOA documents, and made the whole process of purchasing a home very smooth. I just love Kristine! She's the only real estate professional I've found that is totally competent and knowledgeable. She always tells me the questions I should be asking. She certainly saved the day when she found liens on the title work during a recent commercial transaction. She's fantastic and I totally recommend her.
