Very happy with new model Since moving to a concierge service, I can schedule an appt the following day, always get to see the doctor (not an assistant), and every appt is relaxed and not rushed. The new arrangement is a different kind of business model which is not possible without an additional cost to patients, but my wife and I definitely feel like we're getting what we paid for.
