Today was my third visit to Dr. Frankenburger. My first visit in June was their very first day in a brand new Riverhead location. Even though things were very hard for them to get set up properly and appointments got somewhat backed up, the whole staff was amazingly kind and caring of all their patients. I have had major pain and problems with my back for decades. Dr. Frankenburger is the first person to actually hear what was said and make a plan to look into giving me the best help. I didn't mind the total 6 hour total time it took for a diagnosis. Most ER are pretty much the same. However in all that time I never saw a doctor, just a PA. I asked for a sip of water and was told when I saw the doctor...still waiting. I had total shoulder replacement there and that was my reason for going there. I didn't have any complications from that surgery. However, after 6 hours of being totally ignored I was told that I had mild Anemia and that was causing my exhaustion. I have never met a less caring doctor than Dr dreznick. I have contacted him when I was experiencing pain and he refused to get on the phone with me or return my call. I find he is totally indifferent to the needs of his patients.

Dr. Elliot Dreznick and his ENTIRE staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST! VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, COMPASSIONATE ETC., I was there today for a procedure. I have been here for various colonoscopies (FEEL GREAT AFTERWARDS) and other procedures THROUGH DECADES and always perfect! EVERY single time, from making the appointment, to the Dr. visit and beyond has always been PERFECT in all respects!
