One star only because the front desk ladies and nurses are nice. Zero stars otherwise. I had a heart monitor in December which came back showing a heart block and a massive amount of PVCs with rates of 38 bps while sleeping. Dr Falk canceled two appointments on me, in January and March, then still charged me for one as though I went.
