Dr. Banks is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen and explain. She repaired my rotator cuff a few years ago and I’ve had zero issues. I went back to her for a wrist injury and she’s helped me with that, too. Lisa in her office deserves a medal for putting up with me! Thank you Dr. Banks and thanks to all your staff!
Office rarely answers the phone. My Dad had surgery with Dr Banks in June and was discharged from the hospital with NO pain medication. I was just told that he can not get a refill until his next appointment at the end of July. It was his responsibility to call them before 10 days of his last appt to get a refill! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! What kind of patient service is this. Let me break your leg and not give you any pain meds!
