The first two visits were OK; she did a good job with my cleaning. This time, instead of saying that she doesn't know how to do a "bridge crown" on teeth or recommending someone else, Kristine decided to make me wait for two weeks for a phone call from her secretary. Finally I came over to make an appointment, and then a week later when I came back on the scheduled date and time (5 P.M.), her office was closed. They close at 5 P.M. Thanks for wasting my time.
Mr Kowaleski, we referred you to an orthodontist ., for a consult , Next phase was any restorative (for cavities : decay present) ,& we weren't able to see you were very interested in what we recommended and we do all phases of dentistry including crown and bridgework., definitely a mis communication,, Wishing you the best .
