This doctor is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with her. I have been a patient of Jennifer Boyd, PAC for several years and when she left I asked her about Dr. Ortega and she assured me that she was a fantastic doctor. Have been going to her this year and am so pleased. My sister goes to her now.
Dr Ortega while an extremely nice person, doesn’t not listen to her patients and is in a terrible hurry to get you in and out instead of seeing that your needs are met. I will try another one of her partners but I will not waste my money nor time on a doctor who does not have the time to listen to a patient.
Amazing. Her concern is the health and welfare of her patients and obviously not her pocketbook. Staff is absolutely wonderful. I was not at all ill at ease as I usually am in a doctor's office.
I've seen hundreds of doctors since being diagnosed with MS in 2009. This physician is the best primary care doctor I have ever visited. She takes her time listening to the patient. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. The wait time is almost nonexistent and the staff is super friendly. If you're looking for a family doctor, look no further.

I'd recommend her to ANYONE whose seeking a wonderful, caring, compassionate physician. I saw one primary care doctor for 16 months. Never once did I get the referrals I needed to the specialist I needed to see. On my first visit with her I got three. She and her staff members are the most kind. I love Dr Ortega to pieces.
