She ONLY truly addressed Addressed the LEAST serious issue I had and was still VERY RUDE when I asked for non systemic antibiotic (I got a topical treatment ELSEWHERE and it WORKED- she told me nothing would work except a systemic anabiotic for three months which I told her would make me very sick) She Did NOT look over my whole body for skin cancer check (specifically requested and explained that I used to live in Florida and needed my whole body looked at). - and the cherry on top was her simply forgetting to give me the p... read more
Went on for issue on my feet. She prescribed a medication she said would cost $50. Turned out to cost $400. Ordered a diagnostic, just to verify her diagnosis. Received a bill from the diagnostic lab for $900. After spending $1300 after insurance issue still persists. Would not recommend, for somewhere else.
Excellent service with no undo waiting. Dr. Trunnell quickly diagnosed the cause of my symptoms and gave me a prescription.
Very professional and personable. Staff was great, made you feel at ease and welcome. Good appointment availability, thorough exam and easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended if you are in need of a dermatology practice.
It’s always a pleasure to visit your office. The reception people are always smiling and have a positive attitude. Ashley is always available, even by email, to help with questions etc
