If i could give less than a 1 star review i would! Back in 2021 i was scheduled for my 3rd C-section. It was performed and went well. It wasn’t until 3 years later that i discovered that Dr Torrence removed my fallopian tubes instead of tying them like i asked. I was mortified when i found out. When i called her to speak to her and asked her why she did this , she told me it was to “prevent ovarian cancer” i don’t even have a history of ovarian cancer or problems regarding this ! I had my initial consultation with Dr. Torrence yesterday and was extremely pleased. She is so easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She developed a plan to help me and I am very optimistic. I am so grateful.
I am writing this review three years after a procedure, having hoped I would heal. Unfortunately, I have not. I continue to live with daily pain due to a surgery performed without my informed consent. I went in for a routine cystoscopy. The surgeon, Dr Torrence had never examined me and was changed shortly before surgery due to billing issues. Dr. Torrence is a fabulous doctor. She ensures that I never leave the office until all of my questions and concerns are answered. She always provides me with resources to better aid my health journey, and genuinely makes me feel like she cares about my well being. I can't say enough good things about her!
