My husband and I had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Kristina!!!! She literally handled EVERYTHING for us. I’ve never met such a hard working and dedicated realtor. She really puts her heart and her ALL into her work. It shows. I can’t recommend her enough.
I had a friend recently purchase a house from one of her clients . The entire time she was disrespectful and nasty . After the closing which she did nothing she decided to make a post on Facebook about the situation throwing my friend under the Bus.I’d rather blow my brains out rather than deal with Mrs . Rice . Kristina sold my parents house in the Historic Village of Bear. Understanding that they simply are not able to maintain a rental property anymore and as my father put it, “ it’s in your hands make it happen, I just want a check”. Well, she did exactly that.
