My doctor referred me to them, and I’ve called every day multiple times all different times of the day and no one ever answers and their voicemail box is full so I can never leave a voicemail like it asks me to do. I had such a great experience with her for over a year. Then this week happened. Lost weight every month until last month when I gained weight. Dr K is awesome, very caring and easy to talk too. She is always available to talk too and is very detailed. She has your best interest at heart. I love her bedside manner.
Wonderful consistent weight loss experience with Dr. Kratovil! Dr. Kratovil extends patience and respect during each visit. As a result of her care and instruction, I now have a healthy nutritional understanding of my relationship with food and the implications of my eating habits with my overall health. I am grateful.
