Extremely responsive. About a year ago they called us to see how we could reduce rates. Told us about the COSCO program. I would have never known. Save many $$$
We had been with this Am Fam agency for around 8 years. We had our 3 vehicles and home insurnace with them. Each year our premiums went up and up with no explanation. We were never contacted by the office to let us know (maybe they sent a general letter). Finally we had enough and worked through an insurance broker to see if we had better options.
