I am a friend of a current patient of Dr. Scott/Dr. Lorenz and she speaks very highly of both so even though I am rating this one star, I definately give the doctors five. The receptionists on the other hand are a completely different story. While in the waiting room waiting on my friend, a older gentleman approximately 75-80 years old was checking out, after the door closed behind him Diane and Fran immediately started talking about his prescribed medication as if he was abusing them.
