I have been going to this practice for years and have been very pleased as to how they go out of their way to assist me in rescheduling or fitting me in if there is a cancellation. My husband prefers another practice closer to our home, but they are with Novant and the office staff is not nearly as accommodating as Eagle Family Medicine.
Only if you don't need a good doctor! No follow up. No help.
I'd give it negative stars if I could. I would recommend other health care providers before Eagle. I find it funny that I come here to write my review and my old care provider is still on here and she left well over 4 years ago. I became ill in 2011, was not informed that my doctor (Lemene) left the practice until my parents were renewing insurance and were trying to verify my doctor office/care provider was in network.
