Kristina might be a nice person but she needs a better crew and office. IMS Primary Care Goodyear is the worst! Went to get a physical exam which are covered 100% with your insurance guess what not mine as they coded that it was a experiment. I keep calling to have it correct it and all I get is we are too busy. I ask to speak with Kristina and the answer is she’s a doctor if you want to see her you need to make an appointment and pay your copay. Kristina was amazing and so was her Medical Assistant. She was very sweet in the room and personable never once made me feel uncomfortable. This is the first primary care doctor I’ve seen since moving from a different state. I’m now sending all of my family here along with my partner.
Kristina takes the time to understand your concerns, she talks to you about what her suggestions for treatment are. She follows up to make sure I do your part. If I have a msg for her, she answers my msgs promptly. Kristina is very professional and polite, I highly recommended her.
