I came in for my first appointment filled out the check in paperwork prior to the appointment. Had to leave work and travel over only to be told they wanted me early for paperwork and she would reschedule. I was not allowed to do the paperwork and was told I’d also need to come early next time to complete it. It seemed like a scheduling issue as I was on time and I’m not imagining paperwork could’ve taken that much time.
Who in the world is giving 5 stars? This guy is a joke! Went there for pain on the bottom of my feet. Likely damaged by walking on some sharp rocks in my yard. Eric Koga's response? Go to Fleet Feet and get insoles or hiking shoes. Really? During a short five minutes with this idiot, he said "Fleet Feet" 5 different times. I am so impressed with Dr. Jaswal. I have been putting off ankle surgery for years! I have just been "getting by " I finally have found a Podiatrist who took the time with me and explained every single step in detail about my procedure and recovery. the front staff (specifically the younger receptionist) was extremely rude. They don’t even know how to check the insurance. This place will overbill you for procedures.
