I have been trying to have someone contact me regarding my outstanding bill, I have called twice and received no return phone call. I went to Marin Health ER because I knew there was an infusion clinic at this location. I needed a three day infusion, my neurologist in Seattle said he could not write orders at this hospital so told me to go to ER to have the order written. Went to ER to have orders written for a 3 day infusion, as the hospital has an infusion clinic. My out of town neurologist could not write orders directly so told me to go to the ER to get the orders written. So day 1 in the ER, I pay $350 co pay -- told they could NOT get paperwork processed fast enough for day 2 of the infusion to be done at the infusion clinic IN THE SAME HOSPITAL, so told to return to the ER for day 2 of the infusion, once again charged $350 ER co pay, and once again they can not get me into the in... read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE office. My mother is 81 and called to make an appt. After a 50 minute hold, the receptionist would not make an appointment for her UNLESS SHE GAVE HER HER SOCIAL SECURITY #!!!!!! I tried calling them the next day. I was put on HOLD for 1 hour and 45 minutes to NO AVAIL. The office manager did not speak to me and after the first 55 minutes, I was put on HOLD again for another over 1 hour and no one answered. I am now calling our provider Dr. Glatt to let her know to NEVER REFER patients to this... read more
