She is the BEST there is! I couldn't have gotten through my child custody/divorce case without her guidance and support. Her ability to teach me how to manage my emotionally abusive, toxic ex was priceless. Thank you Dr. Tolbert, from the bottom of my heart.

Be cautious. She sounds great and professional over the phone but she has no work ethic and makes excuses constantly as to why she has not completed things or is late with documentation. She drags people along, tells them what they want to hear, and in the end does nothing. It was always something in her life for an excuse and in 3 years with all the documentation I gave she did not produce any documents for me to provide to the courts or her ability to testify either.

Dr Tolbert is a rare combination of consummately professional and truly personable. She is meticulous, skilful and provides her expertise with a light touch that is always empathetic and measured, even in the most volatile and contentious of situations. Most importantly, she holds the best interests of the children at the heart of everything she does to support case preparation and court appearances. I could not have asked for anyone better to help me and my children through a difficult divorce.

I was ordered to reunify with my children in 2012 after the Father failed to comply to a previous order. Tolbert was ordered not to do an Evaluation but supervise visitations. not one time did I ever see my children even though I won the court order. These types of therapist are destroying the American family.
