Could not have asked for a better experience as a first time homebuyer! Kristin was so helpful with finding listings, getting showings set up (on short notice and around busy schedules) and once the offer was accepted, setting up inspections and getting estimates. Will be referring my friends and recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a home in the Twin Cities!
We loved working with Kristin. It took us more than a year to find the right house for us. During this process, we visited many houses with her and there was not a single moment we felt pressured. She was always very patient and honest with us. When we found the right house, she worked hard in negotiating over the weekend at late hours. We will for sure work with her in the future if we need a realtor. Truly highly recommended!
