Ms. Kris Robinson is unprofessional and lacks the ability to properly close a session and have effective follow-ups. My experience both working with counselors in the past and, as a prior counselor myself, have always been to try ones best to end a visit on a positive note. Sometimes, it doesn't end that way, but one tries to do their due diligence. Kris, on the other hand, provoked, was confrontational, got me all wound up, and knew what she was doing. I have really appreciated working with Dr. Robinson. She has been the most attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding psychologist I have ever worked with; and I have worked with many. It's hard to find a therapist who is truly present with you and cares for you these days, but you can tell she really cares. A therapist like her is few and far between. Very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her!
