WOW! Kristin is amazing. She is the only reason we were able to purchase our home. She knew how to customize our offer to make it attractive to the seller and his agent. It was accepted the next day! She is smart, caring, and experienced.

If you’re looking for a real estate agent (especially if you’re a first time home buyer), look no further! She is absolutely AMAZING. Incredibly professional and prompt agent. She stayed on top of every detail, anticipated things we didn’t even know about, avoiding potential problems, all the while keeping us in the loop every step of the way.
