Kristin Rader was fabulous to work with on the sale of our home. In a relatively challenging market and with a home that had nuances making it attractive to only a small subset of people (rural, 20 acres, older home), she delivered! Her attention to detail was superb and her group kept us informed and on-track every step of the way. You will not be disappointed.
Kristin was so great for buying my first home! She did so much for me, most of the time without me even asking, like checking on the repairs of the house I had under contract. She was also great answering questions I had about the condition of some homes and providing suggestions on how much effort/money I would end up sinking into certain homes. Kristin was always trying to be present for me all the way through the purchasing process and I never felt like I was lost with her.
