From the time of the initial call to see if she would list our home through closing, Ms. Palmer was the consummate professional. Ms. Palmer seemed to never forget that there are two families in the sale and purchase of a home. Sure, it's a business, but Kristin always made it feel less so. I highly recommend Ms. Palmer as your first call when you are interested in buying or selling.

As stressful as selling a home can be Kristin Palmer made it a smooth experience. She promptly listed our home in the time frame we discussed, and coordinated all of the showing appointments to our schedules. She walked us through multiple offers and worked well with the buyers agents. So from the listing to closing she took care of everything and made it a great experience. She is definitely an agent that will go above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend her!
