Dr Morvant is very genuine. She listens and talks to you, not at you. I feel that she cares about how well I am doing and tries to make sure that I do the best things to have a healthy life.
Awesome! Awesome! Dr. Morvant is kind and pleasant! I love the fact she talks with you, not at you. She is truly a patient advocate. She takes her time explaining your health to you, listening to your health care concerns, and don't stop until your problem is resolved. I trust her and have full confidence in her. Whenever I need medication refills or have any questions her nurses will take care of it immediately. I love Dr. Morvant and will forever be her patient. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Morvant has been my Primary Care physician for several years. She's thorough, keeps things easy to understand, and has made a connection with me as a patient and a person. Dr. Morvant is very responsive through the MyOchsner app, and I have full trust her clinical decision making.
I was a patient for Dr. Morvant for a few years when I initially moved to Baton Rouge. Every time I walked out of her office, I felt even worse than when I walked in. I have never felt like I had a doctor who took very little value in listening to her patients and oozed with condescending mannerisms. Since finding a new PCP and not under the care of Dr. Morvant, I enjoy talking and being heard with my doctors. I definitely do not recommend this doctor.

Her nurses will not return phone calls and are rarely available. When you do get a hold of them, they are no help. My medication was not called into the pharmacy, and to get an answer as to why took over a week and tons of calls. I was finally informed that I am supposed to see her again in order to renew the prescription; no one notified me of this sooner. Now, I've had to get off Zoloft cold turkey because I ran out of pills and was not notified in time. I am experiencing awful side effects.
Phone calls were not returned. Medicines not called in to pharmacy.
