The most caring and fantastic doctor. She took so much time and care to listen and help. Wonderful person and doctor
Horrible and very cold personality. She decides your method of treatment, BEFORE you walk in. A horrible listener. Took me off of a script cold turkey, which could have KILLED me! She couldn't care less. All to prove a point? This woman is very, very dangerous in my personal opinion. She's more concerned about appearing tough and in control. Her own staff laughs behind her back. Definitely someone on a power trip. I think Hitler would have had more compassion. I heard she was asked to leave this practice.
Dr. Mack is very thorough and a good listener when you have multiple symptoms. Scheduling is easy, and follow through is well thought out and explained.
Very friendly, informative, offered alternative treatment methods (yoga/cold therapy), demonstrated best stretches. Set up appointment at referral doctor asap. Great doctor to have out here in the country. Quite impressive!
I brought my son in for a check up with Dr Mack. She was so kind to him and patient. He felt very comfortable with her and we will continue to be her patients. So blessed to have a great doctor in our area.
