Excellent dermatologist! Very caring and accommodative. She has been helping my son with multiple appointments over the last couple of months for a very persistent skin growth that keeps coming back. It is right on top of his eyelid in a very delicate location. She is very calm and gentle with my son. She explains everything well. Her clinic runs efficiently. Most days we can get in and out and back to school/work in a short period of time. Kaiser is very lucky to have her on staff.

The worst doctor ever no feelings and no experience
0 stars. Waited 40minutes for a scheduled 15min. appointment (but ofc their notes state a 30min. wait). As a healthcare provider myself - #1 I had to take off work. #2 I would never make my patients wait 10mins+ let alone 40mins+ and then not apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes procedures take a little longer, which the Dr stated - trust me, I know - but you can step out for a few mins and take care of your other patients that are waiting.
