Never got to meet her, but her staff is incredibly rude. The office waited until less than 24 hours before my appointment to request a referral from my GP. When I told them there was no way I would be able to get that within 24 hours, they tried to make me sign a financial responsibility waiver. I told them to cancel my appointment, but I didn't want to be charged a cancellation fee because it was their fault they waited to request a referral.
