Kristin is very kind and understanding. She listens to you attentively and genuinely cares about your well being. Talking to her feels therapeutic. Instead of keeping me dependent on medication, she recognized that I could slowly stop taking it. Most doctors just keep prescribing you drugs instead of talking to you like Kristin to find other solutions. I really appreciate that about her. Thank you!

Dr. Hicks is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is caring and patient. She takes her time and listens; and most of all, she is empathetic. She gets it. I don’t ever want to see another psychiatrist.

I cannot begins to tell you how much this Doctor has changed my life. She is kind and compassionate - urging you to do the same for yourself. She is patient and truly listens to what I say and never is condescending in any way. I have been seeing her for 14 months now and my life is completely different. I am taking steps I never thought possible and I have her to thank for it. Best doctor I have ever had. Period.

Dr. Hicks is an excellent Psychiatrist. As a Psychotherapist, I often refer clients to her and know, without a doubt, that her knowledge of psychopharmacology is cutting edge matched only by the time she takes with each client and her personable and caring nature. Her patients report feeling heard and understood and feel better as a result. For the clients that we share she is always happy to collaborate to ensure a continuity of care that has become rather rare in mental health field. She is definitely top notch!
