Not only is she extremely knowledgeable regarding surrounding neighborhoods (Malibu, Palisades, Brentwood, Westlake, Agoura, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark), she was on top of the daily comps and helpful regarding differing loan options and escrow options. Kristin was able to keep all parties happy to get the sale done. Kristin showed up on time, every time, and she went the extra mile while looking fabulous. She's friendly but tough as nails - the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.
