We bought a house with Kristin’s help in July 2023 during a very hard time in our families life. Not only did Kristin advocate for us during the negotiation process, but she made everything very smooth. She was able to get us in to look at our house quickly, kept us updated regularly on the process and was always available to answer any questions we had (even when we asked the same ones over and over). We’re so happy with our home & neighborhood and it definitely wouldn’t gave been possible without Kristin’s help.

Kristin helped us close on a land investment property in April, 2023 in north Florida. We are so pleased we chose her as our realtor and can’t thank her enough for a smooth process and closing on the actual projected date.
